How Do I Place An Order?
Easy ! Add your items to the shopping cart and either pay us with Paypal or call us with your debit card details. We can then discuss when you would like to receive your order.
We normally deliver next day, although this can increase in busy periods.
This site has been set up to enable you to order from a basic range of heavyside building materials, decking and fencing. We have over 8000 stock lines so if you cannot see what you want here please add it to your order in the comment box and we will call you back with the total during normal opening hours.
Payment and Shipping
You will need to add Delivery to your order. Tir y Berth branch Local delivery areas are classed as follows :- Bargoed, Deri up to the heads of the Valley road. From Ystrad Mynach down to Caerphilly and all Blackwood/Cefn forest postcodes, Penpedairheol over as far as Nelson are all classed as local.
Aberbeeg Branch normally covers the length of the valley north up to the heads of the Valley road and down as far Junction 28 of the M4
We will deliver anywhere outside of these areas for a slight increase in delivery charge so if you don't fit into the above areas please give us a call or email and we'll look after you personally.
Secure Ordering & Payment Options
At the moment, as this is a new venture for us we only accept Paypal or card payment via the telephone. Place your order online and we can call you back to confirm and take payment.
You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
If the goods are defective we will collect and issue a refund or provide replacement goods. Otherwise the customer will be responsible for returning items.
Items on sale are returnable if defective. We will offer a refund or replacement depending on availability.
Customers may exchange a product for a product of the same value if the original goods are returned in the same condition that they were originally received.
